• Elevator installation

• Interior fit out of the core

• Mechanical room fit out

• Electrical room rough in

Weekend Work (9/17): Curtain wall installation
Note: Concrete trucks and crane deliveries may cause periodic noise and/or vibration.

20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)

The following activities are expected to take place:

• Site work at the SW corner of the site

• Precast detailing at the tower & midrise

• Wood panel erection at the midrise

• MEP rough at the tower & midrise

• Interior framing & drywall at the tower & midrise

• Masonry shaft block work at the garage

Weekend Work (9/17): Tower & Midrise trash removal operations, MEP rough & Exterior facade work along the west elevation.
