10 Prospect Street (D2.1) – Future Life Sciences Building (closest to Somerville Avenue)

The following activities are expected to take place:

  • Curtain wall deliveries and installation

  • Masonry walls on the first floor

  • Elevator installation

  • Interior fit out of the core

  • Mechanical room fit out

  • Electrical room rough in

Weekend Work (9/24): Curtain wall installation
Note: Crane removal from the site will occur next week, likely from Monday (9/26) through Wednesday (9/28), weather dependent. Prospect St will be closed from Somerville Ave to Webster St. A police detail will be present to assist traffic. Pedestrians will have access to Green Line station. For more information view our Transportation Management Plan.

20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)

The following activities are expected to take place:

  • Site work at the SW corner of the site

  • Precast detailing at the tower & midrise

  • Wood panel erection at the midrise

  • MEP rough at the tower & midrise

  • Interior framing & drywall at the tower & midrise

  • Masonry shaft block work at the garage

Weekend Work (9/24): Trash removal operations & MEP rough at the tower & midrise.
