• Roofing

• Interior shaft and riser work

• Penthouse mechanical room rough in

Weekend Work (9/10): Curtain wall prep and installation

20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)

The following activities are expected to take place:

• Landscape/hardscape infrastructure work

• Precast install at the tower & midrise

• Wood panel erection at the midrise

• MEP rough at the tower & midrise

• Interior framing & drywall at the tower & midrise

• Masonry shaft block work at the midrise

Weekend Work (9/10): Midrise and tower trashing out operations & MEP rough work.
