• Steel Detailing

• Masonry walls on the 1st floor

• Misc Concrete placements

• Prep and install curtain wall on the 3rd floor

• Roofing

• Interior shaft and riser work

• Penthouse mechanical room rough in

Note: The site will be closed Saturday, 9/3 through Monday, 9/5 for the holiday weekend.

20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)

The following activities are expected to take place:

• Concrete placements at the tower

• Precast install at the tower & midrise

• Wood panel erection at the midrise

• MEP rough at the tower & midrise

• Interior framing & drywall at the tower & midrise

• Masonry shaft block work at the tower & midrise
