10 Prospect Street (D2.1) – Future Life Sciences Building (closest to Somerville Avenue)

The following activities are expected to take place:

• Install CMU walls on the 1st floor

• Form and place concrete curb on the 7th floor

• Prep and install curtain wall on the 2nd and 3rd floors

• Metal stud delivery and framing at the penthouse

• Interior shaft and restroom construction and fit out

• Hoist mechanical equipment to the penthouse

Weekend Work (8/6): Curtain wall prep and installation of panels and mechanical work in the penthouse

Note: Concrete deliveries may cause periodic noise and/or vibration.

20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)
Cranshaw Construction
The following activities are expected to take place:

• Concrete curb placements at the tower

• Precast install at the tower & midrise

• Wood panel erection at the midrise

• MEP rough at the tower & midrise

• Interior framing & drywall at the tower & midrise

• Masonry shaft block work at the midrise

Weekend Work (8/6): Trash removal operations & MEP rough at the tower & midrise.
