10 Prospect Street (D2.1) – Future Life Sciences Building (closest to Somerville Avenue)

The following activities are expected to take place:

• Steel detailing

• Install CMU Block walls on the first floor

• Prep and install curtain wall panels

• Spray fireproofing

• Interior framing and rough ins

• Install mechanical piping in the penthouse and roof

• Rig mechanical equipment to the penthouse and the roof

Weekend Work (7/30): Curtain Wall prep and installation

Note: Concrete deliveries may cause periodic noise and/or vibration.

20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)
Cranshaw Construction
The following activities are expected to take place:

• Concrete placements at the tower

• Precast install at the tower & midrise

• Wood panel erection at the midrise

• MEP rough at the tower & midrise

• Interior framing & drywall at the tower & midrise

• Masonry shaft block work at the midrise

Weekend Work (7/30): Trash removal operations, MEP rough and temporary hoist work.
