The following activities are expected to take place:

• Steel Detailing

• Masonry walls on the 1st floor

• Concrete curb 7th floor

• Prep and install curtain wall on the 2nd and 3rd floors

• Roofing

• Interior shaft and riser work

• Penthouse mechanical room rough in

  Weekend Work (8/13): Curtainwall installation

  Note: Concrete deliveries may cause periodic noise and/or vibration.

20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)
Cranshaw Construction
The following activities are expected to take place:

• Concrete placements at the tower

• Precast install at the tower & midrise

• Wood panel erection at the midrise

• MEP rough at the tower & midrise

• Interior framing & drywall at the tower & midrise

• Masonry shaft block work at the midrise

  Weekend Work (8/13): Trash removal operations & MEP rough at the tower & midrise.
