10 Prospect Street (D2.1) – Future Life Sciences Building (closest to Somerville Avenue)

The following activities are expected to take place:

• Steel Detailing

• Spray Fire Proofing

• Block wall installation on the first floor

• Concrete equipment pads and curbs

• Curtain wall prep and install panels Interior shaft walls and framing

• Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection rough in

• Load equipment into the mechanical penthouse

Weekend Work (7/23): Install curtain wall panels

Note: Concrete deliveries may cause periodic noise and/or vibration.

20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)
Cranshaw Construction
The following activities are expected to take place:

• Concrete placements at the tower

• Precast install at the tower & mid-rise

• Wood panel erection at the mid-rise

• MEP rough at the mid-rise & tower

• Interior framing at the tower

• Masonry shaft block work at the tower & mid-rise

Weekend Work (7/23): Temporary material hoist will jump at the tower.
