10 Prospect Street (D2.1) – Future Life Sciences Building (closest to Somerville Avenue)

The following activities are expected to take place:

• Steel Detailing

• Place concrete curbs and equipment pads

• Place Penthouse Mezzanine slab

• Spray Fire Proofing

• Install block walls on the ground floor

• Curtain wall prep and installation

• Rough in interior shafts and restrooms

• Rough in penthouse and ground floor mechanicals

Weekend Work (7/16): Install Curtain Wall

Note: Concrete deliveries may cause periodic noise and/or vibration.

20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)

The following activities are expected to take place:

• Concrete placements at the tower penthouse

• Steel erection and precast install at the tower & mid-rise

• Wood panel erection at the mid-rise

• MEP rough at the mid-rise & tower

• Interior framing at the tower & mid-rise

• Masonry shaft block work at the tower & mid-rise

Weekend Work (7/16): MEP rough-in at the tower & mid-rise.  Steel work at the tower penthouse.  Trash removal operations at the tower & mid-rise.
