10 Prospect Street (D2.1) – Future Life Sciences Building (closest to Somerville Avenue)

The following activities are expected to take place:
Steel deliveries, steel erection, and detailing
Install shaft walls and mechanical risers
Plumbing carrier installation
Curtain Wall Deliveries
Concrete placements
Spray Fireproofing
Underground Utilities
Weekend Work (6/4): Steel detailing, and curtain wall and mechanical deliveries.
Note: Concrete deliveries may cause periodic noise and/or vibration.
20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)
Cranshaw Construction
The following activities are expected to take place:
Concrete placements at the mid-rise
Wood panel & truss install at the mid-rise
Steel erection and precast install at the tower
Masonry shaft block work at the tower & mid-rise
Tower window install
Site subgrade at D2.4
Weekend Work (6/4): MARR will jump the temporary hoist from level 14 to 20 at the tower.
Note: Periodic vibratory subgrade work at the D2.4 site, adjacent to the Allen Street gate.
