• Steel deliveries and detailing

• Mechanical rough in

• Underground utilities

• Curtain wall deliveries

• Curtain wall prep for installation

• Spray fire proofing

Weekend Work (6/11): Curtain wall deliveries

20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)

Cranshaw Construction

The following activities are expected to take place:

• Concrete placements at the mid-rise

• Steel erection and precast install at the tower

• Wood panel & truss install at the mid-rise

• MEP work at the mid-rise & tower

• Masonry shaft block work at the mid-rise & tower

Weekend Work (6/11): Building and site clean-up opeartions & MEP rough at the the tower.
