10 Prospect Street (D2.1) – Future Life Sciences Building (closest to Somerville Avenue)

The following activities are expected to take place:

  • Steel erection and detailing on the upper floors

  • Prepare and place the slab on deck on the M1 floor on Thursday 6/23 or Friday 6/24

  • Mechanical, Electrical, and plumbing rough in

  • Curtain wall deliveries and installation

  • Spray fireproofing

  • Prepare and place the ground floor slab on Wednesday 6/22 or Thursday 6/23

Weekend Work (6/18): Curtain Wall Deliveries or jump man and material hoist
Note: Concrete trucks for slab placement may cause periodic noise and/or vibration.

20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)

Cranshaw Construction

The following activities are expected to take place:

  • Concrete placements at the mid-rise

  • Steel erection and precast install at the tower & mid-rise

  • Wood panel erection at the mid-rise

  • MEP rough at the mid-rise & tower

  • Masonry shaft block work at the tower & mid-rise

Weekend Work (6/18): Building clean-up & trash removal. MEP rough at the mid-rise & tower.
Note: The site is closed Monday, 6/20 for the Holiday.
