10 Prospect Street (D2.1) – Future Life Sciences Building (closest to Somerville Avenue)

The following activities are expected to take place:
Steel detailing on the upper floors
Mechanical, Electrical, and plumbing rough in
Curtain wall deliveries and installation
Spray fireproofing
Prepare and place the ground floor slab on Wednesday 6/29
Weekend Work (6/25): No Saturday Work
Note: Concrete trucks for slab placement may cause periodic noise and/or vibration.
20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)
Cranshaw Construction
The following activities are expected to take place:
Concrete placements at the mid-rise garage
Steel erection and precast install at the tower & mid-rise
Wood panel erection at the mid-rise
MEP rough at the mid-rise & tower
Masonry block work at the tower & mid-rise
Weekend Work (6/25): Building clean-up & trash removal. MEP rough & window work
