10 Prospect Street (D2.1) – Future Life Sciences Building (closest to Somerville Avenue)

The following activities are expected to take place:
Steel erection and detailing
Steel Deliveries
1st floor underground utility installation and backfill
Place 5th floor slab on deck
Spray fireproofing
Deliver and install man and material hoist
Install plumbing risers
Weekend Work (5/1): Steel Erection.
Note: Concrete deliveries may cause periodic noise and/or vibration. Weather permitting, on Thursday we are planning to place the 5th floor slab. This activity will start early at 5 a.m. and will go into the evening
20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)
Cranshaw Construction
The following activities are expected to take place:
Concrete placements at the mid-rise
MBTA elevator & stair work
Steel erection and precast install at the tower
Masonry shaft block work at the tower & mid-rise
Underground utility work in the mid-rise
Site grading at D2.4 and remaining utility tie-in work
Weekend Work (5/1): Mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) work at the tower. Site clean-up and trash removal operations.
Note: Adjacent to the Allen Street gate, periodic vibratory work all week.
