10 Prospect Street (D2.1) – Future Life Sciences Building (closest to Somerville Avenue)

The following activities are expected to take place:

• Steel Erection

• Steel deliveries

• 1st floor underground utilities

• Spray fire proofing

Weekend Work (4/23): Mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) work at the tower. Site clean-up and trash removal operations.

Note: Adjacent to the Allen Street gate remaining utility and subgrade work will continue, periodic vibratory work all week.

20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)

Cranshaw Construction

The following activities are expected to take place:

• Concrete placements at the mid-rise

• Steel erection and plank install at the tower

• Masonry shaft block work at the tower & mid-rise

• Underground utility work in the mid-rise

• Site grading at D2.4 & remaining utility tie-in work

Weekend Work (4/23): Site clean-up and trash removal. Tower plumbing and mechanical work.

Note: Adjacent to the Allen Street gate remaining utility and subgrade work will continue, periodic vibratory work all week. Monday, 4/18 will have very limited site activity due to the holiday.
