10 Prospect Street (D2.1) – Future Life Sciences Building (closest to Somerville Avenue)

The following activities are expected to take place:

  • Steel Deliveries

  • Steel Erection

  • Concrete placement of floors

Weekend Work (4/9): Saturday may be used to catch up if the project misses a weather day.

Note: Concrete deliveries on Tuesday and Thursday may cause periodic noise and/or vibration. On Tuesday and Thursday we are planning to place floors.

20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)

The following activities are expected to take place:

  • Concrete placements at the Mid-Rise

  • Steel erection and façade precast install at the tower

  • Steel & deck detailing at the mid-rise

  • Masonry shaft block work at the mid-rise

  • Underground utility work in the mid-rise & tower

  • Site grading at D2.4

Weekend Work (4/9): Site clean-up and trash removal. Ongoing plumbing work at the tower. Masonry work on the Mid-Rise.

Note: Adjacent to the Allen Street gate will have periodic vibratory work all week.
