10 Prospect Street (D2.1) – Future Life Sciences Building (closest to Somerville Avenue)

The following activities are expected to take place:
Curtain wall deliveries and installation with a crane and a lull
Brick and Masonry walls on the first floor
Interior fit out of the core
Mechanical room fit out
Electrical room rough in
Weekend Work (2/11): Curtain wall installation and interior mechanical and electrical work. No crane
20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)
Cranshaw Construction
The following activities are expected to take place:
Façade & sealant work at the tower & midrise
Precast install at the podium
MEP rough at the tower & midrise
Interior framing & drywall at the tower & midrise
Interior finishes at the tower & midrise
Roof work at the tower & midrise
Note: Construction hoist removal will continue along the west elevation, inside the site limits.
Weekend Work (2/11): MEP rough, Drywall install & trash removal at the midrise and tower.
Eversource Neighborhood Infrastructure Project - Work Performed 7PM to 5AM
Update provided by Eversource:
Eversource approved contractors will continue to perform construction activities within the parcel, including distribution conduit installation
No backfill, or excavation is scheduled for this week
Please note, these activities are subject to change as construction activities continue
Work hours remain 7 PM - 5 AM during working days
