10 Prospect Street (D2.1) – Future Life Sciences Building (closest to Somerville Avenue)

The following activities are expected to take place:
Somerville Ave Sidewalk installation
Curtain wall deliveries and installation with a crane and a lull on the first floor
Masonry walls on the first floor
Elevator installation
Interior fit out of the core
Mechanical room fit out
Electrical room rough in
Weekend Work (12/24): We will be working Saturday 12/24, and Tuesday, 12/27- Friday, 12/30.
20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)
Cranshaw Construction
The following activities are expected to take place:
Façade & sealant work at the tower & midrise
Wood parapet work at the midrise
MEP rough at the tower & midrise
Interior framing & drywall at the tower & midrise
Interior finishes at the tower & midrise
Roof work at the tower & midrise
Masonry shaft block work at the garage
Weekend Work (12/24): The site will be shut down Saturday, 12/24, Monday, 12/26, Saturday 12/31 & Monday, 1/2 for the Holiday.

Eversource and its approved contractors will not be conducting any construction activities during the week of 12/26-12/30. Construction activities will resume on 1/3/2023.
