Somerville Ave Sidewalk installation
Curtain wall deliveries and installation with a crane and a lull on the first floor
Masonry walls on the first floor
Elevator installation
Interior fit out of the core
Mechanical room fit out
Electrical room rough in
Weekend Work (12/17): Curtain wall deliveries and installation with a crane and a lull on the first floor and interior fit out
20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)

The following activities are expected to take place:
Façade & sealant work at the tower & midrise
Wood frame punchlist work at the midrise
MEP rough at the tower & midrise
Interior framing & drywall at the tower & midrise
Interior finishes at the tower & midrise
Roof work at the tower & midrise
Masonry shaft block work at the garage
Weekend Work (12/17): Continue MEP rough, framing & trash removal operations at the tower & midrise.
Eversource Neighborhood Infrastructure Project - Work Performed 7PM to 5AM
Update provided by Eversource:
Beginning on Monday, December 19, Eversource-approved contractors will begin construction activities. On Tuesday, December 20, that will include the start of required excavation work.
The week will continue largely with crews dewatering newly dug pits and with valve work.
As part of the above, residents can expect crews to utilize requisite equipment to perform these tasks; every effort will be made to attempt to minimize disruption to the local community. Residents can also expect the site to be well-lit during working hours.
Work hours will be 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM. Crews will work from Monday - Thursday and will not work the following week. Work at the site will resume on Tuesday, January 3.
