10 Prospect Street (D2.1) – Future Life Sciences Building (closest to Somerville Avenue)

The following activities are expected to take place:
Somerville Ave Sidewalk installation
Curtain wall deliveries and installation with a crane and a lull on the first floor
Masonry walls on the first floor
Elevator installation
Interior fit out of the core
Mechanical room fit out
Electrical room rough in
Weekend Work (12/31): Weather dependent, workers will be doing line striping on Prospect St, Curtain Wall installation, and interior work.
20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)

The following activities are expected to take place:
Façade & sealant work at the tower & midrise
Wood parapet work at the midrise
MEP rough at the tower & midrise
Interior framing & drywall at the tower & midrise
Interior finishes at the tower & midrise
Roof work at the tower & midrise
Masonry shaft block work at the garage
Weekend Work (12/31): The site will be shut down Saturday 12/31 & Monday, 1/2 for the Holiday.
Eversource Neighborhood Infrastructure Project - Work Performed 7PM to 5AM
Update provided by Eversource:
Eversource approved construction contractors will resume work at the parcel beginning on 1/3/2022
Crews will perform construction related to the testing and relocation of water main infrastructure. Residents should not expect an interruption to their water service
Work hours remain 7 PM - 5 AM during working days
