10 Prospect Street (D2.1) – Future Life Sciences Building (closest to Somerville Avenue)

The following activities are expected to take place:

• Somerville Ave Sidewalk installation

• Curtain wall deliveries and installation

• Masonry walls on the first floor

• Elevator installation

• Interior fit out of the core

• Mechanical room fit out

• Electrical room rough in

• Place concrete at tower crane infills

Weekend Work (10/15): Curtain wall installation team will be working.
Note: Concrete pump and delivery trucks may cause periodic noise and/or vibration. 

20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)
Cranshaw Construction
The following activities are expected to take place:

• Tower crane removal tentatively scheduled with COS (TBD)

• Precast detailing and caulking at the tower & midrise

• Wood panel erection at the midrise

• MEP rough at the tower & midrise

• Interior framing & drywall at the tower & midrise

• Finish work at the tower

• Masonry shaft block work at the garage

Weekend Work (10/15): Trash removal operations, roof work, exterior caulking and MEP rough work at the tower & midrise.
