10 Prospect Street (D2.1) – Future Life Sciences Building (closest to Somerville Avenue)

The following activities are expected to take place:

  • Somerville Ave Sidewalk installation

  • Curtain wall deliveries and installation

  • Masonry walls on the first floor

  • Elevator installation

  • Interior fit out of the core

  • Mechanical room fit out

  • Electrical room rough in

Note: There will be no work on the D2.1 project on Saturday 10/8 or Monday 10/10. 


20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)
Cranshaw Construction
The following activities are expected to take place:

  • Façade work at the tower & siding prep at the midrise

  • Wood panel erection at the midrise

  • MEP rough at the tower & midrise

  • Interior framing & drywall at the tower & midrise

  • Unit finish work at the tower

  • Roof work at the tower and midrise

  • Masonry shaft block work at the garage

Weekend Work (10/8): Trash removal operations and MEP rough work at the tower & midrise.
