10 Prospect Street (D2.1) – Future Life Sciences Building (closest to Somerville Avenue)

The following activities are expected to take place:

• Steel erection and deliveries

• Curtain wall clips and starter track

• Spray Fireproofing

• Install man and material hoist

• Steam Wall ongoing

• Plumbing and HVAC builds off floors

• Underground utilities

Weekend Work (5/14): Steel Erection and detailing

Note: Concrete deliveries may cause periodic noise and/or vibration.

20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)

Cranshaw Construction

The following activities are expected to take place:

• Concrete placements at the mid-rise

• MBTA elevator and stair work

• Steel erection and precast install at the tower

• Wood panel erection at the mid-rise

• Masonry shaft block work at the tower & mid-rise

• Underground utility work in the mid-rise

• Site grading at D2.4 and remaining utility tie-in work

Weekend Work (5/14): Mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) work at the tower. Site clean-up and trash removal operations.

Note: Periodic vibratory work at the D2.4 site, adjacent to the Allen Street gate.
