The following activities are expected to take place:

  • Curtain wall deliveries and installation with crane and a lull

  • Brick Piers on the first floor

  • Roofing and roof deliveries with a crane

  • Interior fit out of the core

  • Mechanical room fit out

  • Electrical room rough in

Weekend Work (3/25): Brick Piers on the first floor and interior mechanical work


20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)

The following activities are expected to take place:

  • Façade & sealant work at the tower & midrise

  • Site & hardscape work

  • MEP rough at the tower & midrise

  • Interior framing & drywall at the tower & midrise

  • Interior finishes at the tower & midrise

  • Roof work at the tower & midrise

Weekend Work (3/25): MEP rough, interior framing and drywall, trash removal operations and facade work at the tower & midrise

Eversource Neighborhood Infrastructure Project - Work Performed 7PM to 5AM
Update provided by Eversource: 

  • Crews are working to install a distribution manhole (cable vault) and will continue to install distribution conduit in segments within the parcel

  • A second crew is working to excavate across Prospect Street toward the substation. Lane restrictions will be necessary for portions of this anticipated work

  • Please note, these activities are subject to change due to weather or unexpected circumstances.

  • Work hours remain 7 PM - 5 AM during working days. Some work may be conducted beyond normal work hours with approval from city officials.
