10 Prospect Street (D2.1) – Future Life Sciences Building (closest to Somerville Avenue)

The following activities are expected to take place:
Somerville Ave Sidewalk installation
Curtain wall deliveries and installation with a crane and a lull
Masonry walls on the first floor
Interior fit out of the core
Mechanical room fit out
Electrical room rough in
Weekend Work (1/28): Curtain wall installation, roofing, and interior fit-out
20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)
Cranshaw Construction
The following activities are expected to take place:
Façade & sealant work at the tower & midrise
MEP rough at the tower & midrise
Interior framing & drywall at the tower & midrise
Interior finishes at the tower & midrise
Roof work at the tower & midrise
Construction hoist removal at the tower
Note: Construction hoist removal will continue along the west elevation, inside the site limits.
Weekend Work (1/28): MEP rough, drywall work, facade sealant work & trash removal at the midrise & tower.
Eversource Neighborhood Infrastructure Project - Work Performed 7PM to 5AM
Update provided by Eversource:
Eversource approved contractors will continue to perform construction activities within the parcel.
Crews will perform construction related to the testing and relocation of water main infrastructure. Residents should not expect an interruption to their water service.
Work hours remain 7 PM - 5 AM during working days.
