10 Prospect Street (D2.1) – Future Life Sciences Building (closest to Somerville Avenue)

The following activities are expected to take place:

• Somerville Ave Sidewalk installation

• Curtain wall deliveries and installation

• Masonry walls on the first floor

• Elevator installation

• Interior fit out of the core

• Mechanical room fit out

• Electrical room rough in

• Eversource install main electrical room switchgear

• Slab on grade placement

Weekend Work (10/29): Curtain wall installation team will be working.
Note: Concrete deliveries may cause periodic noise and/or vibration.

20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)
Cranshaw Construction
The following activities are expected to take place:

• Façade & sealant work at the tower & midrise

• Wood panel erection at the midrise

• MEP rough at the tower & midrise

• Interior framing & drywall at the tower & midrise

• Finish work at the tower

• Roof work at the tower & midrise

• Masonry shaft block work at the garage

Weekend Work (10/29): Tower crane removal operation is to conclude. Tower & Midrise trash removal, roofing, MEP rough & facade work will continue.
Note: Prospect Street closure is tentatively scheduled to be lifted Saturday, 10/29, early evening.
